MANAGING SAFETY AND HEALTH

In view of the recent coronavirus outbreak, the following measures will be implemented in the hotel:

 

◆All hotel employees and staff including suppliers visiting the hotel premises, are required to wear face masks and have their body temperatures measured and recorded to reinsure hotel guests during their stay.

◆All guests are required to check the temperature before entering the hotel.

◆If any hotel guest shows symptoms, such as coughing or high temperature (+37.5°C), please inform our associate for assistance. We will assist the guest to seek medical attention. The hotel is obligated to report to relevant authorities and reserves the right to refuse any person who fails to comply with instructions.

◆The forehead thermometers are available at the front desk of the hotel. If any hotel guest is concerned about his /her body temperature, please contact the front desk and have your temperature taken.

◆If any hotel guest feels unwell or suffers symptoms, please a wear face mask and contact any associate for further assistance.

◆Hand sanitizers are available at the first floor lobby, and the entrance of restaurants.

◆The furniture, floor, and bathrooms in all guest rooms are cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaners to safeguard accommodation quality.

◆The hotel staff will disinfect the entire premises regularly to maintain a clean environment.



Meanwhile, to prevent further spreading of the 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19), guests shall follow the following service policy and preventive measures to maintain public and personal health:

Service policy
The Hotel will evaluate the guests’ health with respect to risk of coronavirus infection before confirming whether the room reservations are accepted. Regrettably, we will refuse reservations from guests with the following health risk concerns as well as reservations made on behalf of such guests through a third party. Room and restaurant reservations that have been completed will receive full refund of deposits.

◆Those who receive Home Isolation Notice or Home-based Quarantine Notice and wish to stay at the hotel for quarantine purposes, or to dine at the hotel restaurants, hold meetings or visit the hotel.

◆Those who refuse to have body temperature taken or show symptoms of cough, fever, shortness of breath, and refuse to wear masks and seek medical advice.

The guests are obligated to provide information to the hotel with full honesty:
◆The guests shall not withhold information about their own travel history, and the fact that they themselves or others (including their house mates, traveling companions and visitors) receive Home Isolation Notice, Home-based Quarantine Notice or Self-Management of Health Notice. In the event that any guest receives such notice after having checked in or entered the Hotel, the guest shall voluntarily inform the Hotel about the incident without withholding any information.
◆In the event any guests, their relatives or anyone who makes a reservation on their behalf, knowingly withholds the above mentioned health risk information with respect to any of the individuals described above or any specific individual (including visitors), the Hotel may terminate the contract, refuse the service and return the deposit without any liability for damages. In the event the Hotel suffers any loss due to said behavior, the individuals involved shall be liable for full damages.
